After moving from NSW to Hope Island Qld a few months ago we were in search for a new vet for our cat Mojo. To say that a trip to the vet with Mojo is traumatising is an understatement, he absolutely hates the trip in the car and his anxiety is next level. We are so grateful we found Dr. Kerri Paws & Relax Mobile Vet. Mojo had his home visit yesterday as he was due for his yearly F3 vaccine and also had a full health check up. Dr. Kerri was amazing, the genuine affection and love she shows is a true testament to her professional care. Dr Kerri is an amazingly compassionate, knowledgeable and understanding Vet. We sadly thought it was time to say good-bye to our beloved dog of nearly 13 years, with a nasty mast cell tumor. Dr Kerri helped us navigate the decision and prescribed Charlie some medication to allow us to have a wonderful last week with him. When it came time to say goodbye, Dr Kerri made the process as peaceful and comfortable for Charlie, his humans and our other dog and allowed us to move at our own pace. She arranged all of the after care with Pet Angels. We are so grateful that we found Dr Kerri to help us through this time and would highly recommend her for any Vet services, especially end of life care and advice. Thank you.

Dr Kerri has been a godsend to our family (two and four legged). We have had the absolute pleasure of her help for nearly a year now, and I couldn’t have asked for a more understanding, caring, compassionate and professional vet. Dr Kerri also helped our beautiful Tibetan Spaniel, Peppi pass in the most beautiful way at home this week. As traumatic as it is saying goodbye to a family member of 17 years, we were privileged to have Dr Kerri by our side’s throughout.

Dr Kerri was so sweet and helpful when our family knew it was time to say goodbye to our beautiful Cocker Spaniel Nugget. Despite some challenges due to his deteriorating condition, she was able to navigate it with such compassion and kindness for our boy and toward us. We miss our boy terribly, but take comfort in Dr Kerri helping him cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his own home, in his favourite spot snuggled up to us with his fur sister present. It would have been so much more stressful for him to have had to go to the vets. So thank you Dr Kerri 💫

First time using Paws and Relax and Dr Kerri is excellent. My fur baby was nervous and she put her at ease and made sure she was calm. My cat is senior with a few health issues and her advice was caring and informative which is very helpful. I have used other services in the past which have not offered the same level of professionalism that Dr Kerri gives. Highly recommend.

Dr Kerri is an absolute amazing vet. I have not seen a vet who has such a gentle loving caring and respectful way with her animal patients and their owners. I called dr Kerri to ask if she could come to my home to help my very elderly staffy cross bella (15 years 8months) make her walk across the rainbow bridge .I knew I had made the right decision calling dr kerri because my beautiful Bella although difficult for her to stand and walk went straight to her and sat beside her without being asked to while she got things ready. She explained exactly what she was going to do and what would happen at each stage with a soft gentle caring voice. I’m not a religious person but I believe dr Kerri is an angel sent to help our fur babies. Thankyou dr Kerri for helping Bella in her time of need. Michelle ❤️

Dr Kerri was so amazing with our family at such a sad time. She was not just kind and gentle with our little old man, JJ, but she was also kind and gentle with us. Dr Kerri had been supporting me with JJ to help keep him comfortable in his final months. Having her come to our home to assist with his care and then his passing was completely stress free for JJ and I would not hesitate to do it again with our remaining dogs. I can't thank Dr Kerri enough for her kindness, gentleness and thoughtfulness towards JJ and our family in his final moments.

I found Dr Kerri to be a very professional and very caring person. She was wonderful with my old girl Staffy and gave great advice and support. Dr Kerry has a natural nurturing effect and very knowledgeable. Her fees are very affordable and the prompt service from both her and her husband is excellent. She will now be our regular home vet. Dr Kerri is a highly professional and empathetic vet. What sets her service apart is the kindness she shows to your pets. We are breeders of Samoyed dogs and we were lucky enough to have Dr Kerri visit us for vaccinations and health checks. The consults certainly lived up to their name! It was a relaxed experience in our own environment which meant the 7 pups were not stressed by a car ride, Mumma dog was happy she could be part of proceedings and I had no worries about calming, carrying or cleaning messes in the car from all of the dogs. Kerri has been seeing my fur babies and birds for over a year now and I cannot recommend her enough. I’ve never had a vet so compassionate, thoughtful and understanding. My pets adore her and she adores them just as much. My dogs can be very nervous with vets but they are always calm with Kerri. She makes the process a lot easier and she’s very gentle with her approach

I contacted Dr Kerri to come and help my senior dog Eddie. He was 18 yrs old and hated going to vet clinics, so having Dr Kerri come to our house was so much better for him. She is so compassionate and caring, and when the time came to let Eddie go, I was very grateful to her for everything she did to help Eddie pass peacefully in his favorite bed. I really appreciated her support and understanding on a day which was very difficult for me. I highly recommend Dr Kerri, she is a truly wonderful vet.

Wow… I can’t thank you enough ? Dr Kerri you are our Staffy ‘Yoshi’ guardian Angel!!! Seriously, you saved him from such despair and anguish from his severe skin allergy that had spread throughout his body both internally (ears, eyes) and externally! Your gentle, caring nature stole his heart! He felt instantly safe with you… you have a friend for life! After a course of meds we have our bouncy happy old boy back. He showed you such gratitude today on your second visit with lots of smooches on arrival! We welcome your next visit ?
